Forgiveness is a powerful practice in "The Wellness Way" that can improve mental and emotional health. Holding onto anger and resentment can negatively impact your well-being. Forgiveness involves letting go of these negative emotions and finding peace.

Start by acknowledging your feelings and understanding the impact of holding onto grudges. Reflect on the situation and try to see it from the other person's perspective. This doesn't mean condoning their actions but recognizing that everyone makes mistakes.

Practice self-forgiveness as well. Be kind to yourself and learn from past experiences. Forgiveness can lead to emotional freedom, healthier relationships, and overall well-being.
